Problem when compiling MEXP sources

Hello,

maybe it's a stupid question, but when trying to compile the mexp sources I get an error message:

Any solution for this problem? I'm a little bit out of practice as far as Delhphi is concerned.

Or has anybody compiled the fixed sources? Downloadable MEXP 0.1.1 doesn't work for me at all. Therefore I've to stay with the old Beta 9 Rev. 6

The search box at the top doesn't respond to my keyboard at all. It just blinks mindlessly at me. The menus and config dialog pick it up just fine. The tree and main list also don't respond to key presses, but I'm not sure whether they're supposed to. If it makes any difference at all, I've got an older MS wireless keyboard running on good ole XP...but if that had anything to do with it, you'd have seen this problem by now.

I have been running my karaoke on my Packard Bell laptop with XP and WinAmp.

I created a foder in My Documents where i copied the songs that i sing so as i wouldn't have to search for my songs. I know i could have created a playlist in winamp, but i would have to keep bringing the list up every time a new singer got up, as mine list woul go.

So in the first instance i would bring the songs up i wanted to sing in the playlist and then drag the songs from the list into my folder. Of course w,hen i did this a pop up came up saying ( draged from MEXP). So i had to rename the songs.

The problem now is i have just bought a new Acer with Windows seven on,
and i'm not able to do this now. It looks as though it's draging them into my folder but when i release the button, nothing has gone in, so can anyone help me please. thanks.

Bugs in MEXP 0.1.1

First of all thank you very much for the new version. While playing around with it I found some bugs:

1. In Config when using the Update search function MEXP tells me that a new version is avalable: Beta 9 rev. 6

2. When trying to edit tags an error message is displayed:
Access violation at address 0BD87381 in module 'gen_mexp.dll'. Read of address 00000019

3. "Exit Winamp" doesn't work. MEXP will be closed, but Winamp not.

System: Windows 7 64-bit, Winamp 5.601, MEXP 0.1.1

I am trying to Compile the source of MEXP. When I install the needed components I miss ColorConv.pas. I can\'t find it anywhere. Can you tell me where I can get it or add it to the SVN.

I want to run a karaoke and i read on on old post about setting up dual screens. It said about going into winamp, going into preferenses, and setting up a winamp plugin. Once you have set this up do you have to set it up each time or is it permanent.
I have been going into the control panel and setting my dual screens from there but each time i want to set up i have to do this every time, which is a bind. thank you.

I\'ve had a problem using Winamp on my new laptop (it skips) and recently starting looking at the possibility of using MEXP with players other than Winamp. It turns out that both KMPlayer and Media Monkey can use MEXP, but there are a few bugs that stop it from working perfectly, the main one (so far) being that the \'search\' option is unable to be used because you can\'t type anything into the search box. I\'ve only had a minute to try this, so I\'m sure there are many other glitches that need to be listed.

I got MEXP to work by simply adding the MEXP folder (that gets created in the Winamp Plugins folder) and the MEXP\'s .dll to the Plugins folder of KMPlayer and MMonkey.

Interesting, especially since MEXP seems to be on the verge of being resurrected. The ability to use other players is a nice possibility.
